High vacuum braze oven for ceramic components.
Products / Customized Solutions
For soldering processes under high vacuum or inert gas at temperatures up to 1 000 °C, a furnace with ceramic flat heating elements has been developed. For implementation as upper and lower heaters, the flat heating elements can be assembled into a tiled, rectangular shape of any size or be contoured into circular disks of up to 300 mm in diameter. For large-size parts, heated side panels are used additionally. Adjusted to the heat emission and the solder material, the flat heating elements can be controlled individually or in groups. The superinsulation design with 5 layers of molybdenum foil allows uniform temperature distribution with low energy loss. Power is supplied through contact pins made of pure nickel. Temperature measurement is carried out by means of integrated thermo sensors. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are able to respond to and satisfy specific, task-related needs in areas of control and regulation of this technology.
Fast heating rates and low temperature gradients are special advantages of this technology. In addition the ceramic flat heating elements are inert in ultra high vacuum environments too.
For excellent examples of our technology, we suggest you take a closer look at the five vacuum-soldering systems for ceramic metal compounding which implement silver active brazing on our premises.
